2. Authorized Content

You may only submit assets you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ownership, licensing, and official distribution links provided to RG Intel™.

• Human review for selected signals and confidence context (where included)
• Reporting outputs such as snapshots, quarterly packets, trends, and interpretations
• Exportable documentation for internal review and stakeholder reporting

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

RG Intel™ provides reporting and guidance based on observed signals and available surfaces. We cannot guarantee the discovery of every instance of activity or the outcomes of actions taken by third parties.

5. Fees and Refund Policy

Services may be billed as a one-time fee, subscription, or per-scan basis as described on the pricing or checkout pages. Fees are generally non-refundable once service delivery begins or access is granted, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Intel™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including business losses related to third-party platform decisions outside RG Intel’s control.
